How is noma different from Polymarket or Kalshi?
How is noma different from Polymarket or Kalshi?
Polymarket and Kalshi are individual prediction market platforms. Noma aggregates both (and more) into one interface — so you see every market, get the best price across venues, and never pay trading fees or gas. On top of that, noma adds a social and identity layer (Pulses, leaderboards, Noma ID, Funds) that doesn’t exist on any single platform. See the comparison table.
How do prediction markets work?
How do prediction markets work?
Prediction markets let you buy Yes or No shares on future events. Share prices range from $0.01 to $0.99 and reflect the market’s implied probability — a $0.65 Yes share means the market implies a 65% chance. When a market resolves, winning shares pay out $1.00 and losing shares pay $0.00. See How Prediction Markets Work for a detailed explanation.
What assets can I trade on?
What assets can I trade on?
Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP), equities (AAPL, NVDA, MSFT, GOOGL, AMZN, TSLA, META), and commodities (Gold, Silver). New assets are added regularly based on community demand. See Supported Assets for the full list.
Are there any fees?
Are there any fees?
Noma charges zero trading fees on every trade, on every venue. Gas fees on Polygon are also covered by noma — you never need to hold MATIC. You only pay the bid-ask spread set by the market. Note that some providers charge their own taker fees on select market types (e.g., Polymarket charges taker fees on certain crypto and sports markets) — these are provider fees, not noma fees.
What is gasless trading?
What is gasless trading?
Noma covers all transaction fees on both Polygon and Solana. When you place a trade, you sign a message and noma’s relayer submits the transaction on-chain and pays the gas. This applies to trading, order cancellation, wallet setup, and payout redemption. You only need USDC.e (Polygon) or USDC (Solana) to trade — nothing else. See Wallet Setup for details.

Your Noma ID is your unique identity on the platform — it replaces your wallet address on leaderboards, Pulses, Funds, and badges. Claiming one gives you a public profile at

Not for Polymarket markets — you can trade immediately after signing in. KYC (via Proof) is only required for Kalshi markets, because Kalshi is a CFTC-regulated exchange. What is a prediction market platform?
What is a prediction market platform?
A prediction market platform lets you trade on future events by buying Yes or No shares. Noma combines markets from multiple providers (like Polymarket and Kalshi) into a single interface — so instead of checking multiple apps and managing multiple wallets, you see every market in one place, compare prices across venues, and trade wherever the best price is. Noma also adds a social and identity layer on top.
Noma vs Polymarket — what's the difference?
Noma vs Polymarket — what's the difference?
Polymarket is a single prediction market platform. Noma aggregates Polymarket, Kalshi, and other providers into one interface — so you see every market, get best-price routing across venues, and pay zero trading fees. Noma also adds features that don’t exist on Polymarket: Noma ID (public identity), Pulses (social trading groups), Funds (managed prediction pools), leaderboards, badges, and reward multipliers. If you already trade on Polymarket, noma connects to the same orderbook — same markets, same liquidity — but adds an identity and social layer on top. See the full comparison table.
